Designed for diverse vessel types—including cargo ships, cruise liners, yachts, and passenger ferries—the system delivers 360° full-time situational awareness, AR augmented displays, intelligent decision support, AI perception with night enhancement, and proactive collision avoidance warnings. Operating continuously under all-weather conditions, it achieves robust maritime detection capabilities across varying scales: tracking large vessels up to 6 nautical miles, small vessels (such as sailboats, fishing boats, and kayaks) up to 4 nautical miles, and micro-targets (including buoys, floating containers, and persons overboard) up to 1 nautical mile.


C. Autonomous Navigation: The Autonomous Navigation System is structurally comprised of a 4D Millimeter-Wave Radar, a Visual Perception Unit, conventional communication and navigation equipment (including ECDIS, AIS, GNSS, Gyrocompass, and Navigation Radar), an AI Computing Platform, a Smart Cockpit, and a drive-by-wire system. This integration successfully executes vital Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships (MASS) functions, including automated route planning, comprehensive situational awareness, collision avoidance, grounding prevention, alongside seamless route execution and monitoring. To validate its commercial and technical viability, the technology has been deployed for real-ship trials on 'AUTO SPRING,' an autonomous electric cargo vessel operated by BOTIX, while the BOTIX autonomous navigation system is concurrently applying for its initial Type Approval from the China Classification Society (CCS). Empirically, the 'AUTO SPRING' has successfully optimized vessel manning requirements from 3–4 crew members down to a single operator, while simultaneously driving an energy consumption reduction of over 5%.
